Auto Diagnosis
Self-diagnostic: I learned that God is the author of true knowledge and that the Bible should be the guiding principle on how we shape our worldview. Adventist epistemology or knowledge should be based on true knowledge from which all knowledge originates, which is biblical knowledge and God knowledge. A research based project was created to provide the background of philosophical and spiritual worldview of the different areas of doctoral research investigation. God’s leadership through creation, the fall, redemption and restoration was understood in a biblical framework through observation, interpretation and application was used as the basis for our understanding of everything we believe and do. Leadership styles, job satisfaction and commitment were also understood in a biblical framework through observation, interpretation and application.
